Wynn Resort’s online gaming platform WynnBet has revealed a collaboration with the National Basketball Association (NBA) franchise Detroit Pistons.
A number of new co-branded marketing efforts will be implemented under the multi-year deal. These will be introduced with the ai of improving fan experience and providing new ways for the fanbase to interact with the team not just on game day—both online and offline.
WynnBet plans to introduce a number of in-person activations, which will include in-suite hospitality and pop-up experiences.
In addition, several traditional sponsorship and advertising efforts will be launched across Pistons’ mobile app, social channels, game day radio programs, and in-arena.
WynnBet has taken a number of steps to strengthen its hold in the US betting and gaming market in recent months. It was able to secure marketing partnerships with a number of high-profile sports franchises.
Aside from the Pistons, WynnBet also signed a multi-season marketing partnership with the Memphis Grizzlies. The platform was also named as NASCAR’s authorized gaming operator, as as well as the official online sportsbook of Richmond Raceway and the Martinesville Speedway, subject to licensure in Virginia.
WynnBet is currently live in Colorado, Michigan and New Jersey. It boasts of market access opportunities in Iowa, Indiana, Nevada, Massachusetts, Tennessee, and Ohio. It also applied for licensure in Virginia.
