iGaming operator Genesis Global was granted permission to resume the operations of several of its online casino brands within the United Kingdom. This comes after the UK Gambling Commission withdrew the suspension of its remote operating license on October 14, 2020.
The previously suspended sites which are now listed as active include Casino Planet, Kassu, Casoola Casino, CasinoCruise, Casino Joy, Casino God, Pelaa, Sloty Online Casino, Spela, Spinit, and Vegas Hero.
Praised as a “swift license suspension lift,” the decision allows Genesis to continue trading effective immediately, after being slapped with interim suspension to its operating license in July.
The group claims it has “started working hard” to take the improved casino brands live again in the following weeks, placing emphasis on its promise that their customers are given the responsible and safe gaming environment “which they have always worked hard to deliver.”
Genesis Global promises it will continue working together with the UKGC to make sure that they fully satisfy all concerns. They will also continue to provide additional updates on ongoing developments from the group.
“We are pleased to announce that the suspension of our UKGC license has been lifted, as a result of the intensive work and huge dedication our business has demonstrated in the last few months,” Ariel Reem, Genesis Global CEO, explained.
“This is clear testament to our commitment to both UK regulations and to our customers. We are also hugely thankful to our staff for their dedication and trust, and to our supporters who have assisted in rectifying a difficult situation which arose during unusual economic circumstances for the whole world,” he added.
