Romania has recently added over 70 online gaming websites to its blacklist this year after it announced the latest banned sites.
It was decided on May 15, after a meeting with Romania’s National Gambling Office (ONJN), that 16 more websites should be included to its blacklist.
This means that internet service providers in the country are now legally required to cut access to them.
The new additions to the list include obscure websites including wazamba777.com, 1x-bet90708.com, and alfcasino1.com. they join the 41 and 15 websites added on May 11 and in January respectively.
The ONJN has kept its blacklist since 2015 before the country opened its regulated online gambling market in 2016.
