Century Casinos, an entertainment company based in Colorado, has just signed an agreement with Rush Street Interactive. This partnership makes it the company’s second interactive gaming operator partner in West Virginia.
Together with Vici Properties-owned and Century Casinos-operated Mountaineer Casino, Racetrack & Resort, RSI will be taking its BetRivers brand live in Colorado.
RSI,Pending licensing and regulatory approval by the West Virginia Lottery, plans to begin operations by the second quarter of 2021.
The interactive gaming agreement initially runs for 10 years, with an option to extend it for another 10 years. It includes minimum revenue guarantees as well as a percentage share of net gaming revenue to be paid to the Century Casinos every month. A signing bonus is also pain upon contract signing.
RSI plans on offering players in West Virginia access to several online casino games, including the latest slot and table games, as well as a multi-tiered loyalty program.
