On Friday, the Japanese promotions announced the lineup for their upcoming show RIZIN.25, which will take place on November 21 at the Osaka-Jo Hall in Osaka, Japan. As previously announced, Mikuru Asakura (13-1, 1 NC) will fight Yutaka Saito (18-4-2) in the main event. The winner becomes RIZIN’s inaugural featherweight champion.
The current bantamweight title challenger and The Ultimate Fighter 24 competitor Hiromasa Ougikubo (20-5-2) is also in action. He fights Pancrase standout Kenta Takizawa (11-5), who has won four of his last five fights, including RIZIN’s debut against Yuto Hokamura in September.
There will also be four kickboxing bouts that will take place on next Saturday’s card including a grappling demonstration starring Roberto Satoshi Souza, Hari Sakamoto, Kleber Koike, and Misaki Akita.
