Online gaming website Pinnacle has just signed a strategic partnership deal with Askott Entertainment, the company behind eSports iGaming platform Chameleon Gaming.
As per the agreement, Pinnacle will provide Askott with its trading and risk management services. This is to support latter’s ongoing development of the betting technology.
Chameloen Gaming currently provides esports betting, esports fantasy games, and streamer betting to its users. It also plans to add proprietary casino games in the future.
“We have worked closely with Askott on the development of our new API and are happy to transform this pilot project into a long-term partnership,” Marco Blume, Pinnacle trading director, said. “Askott combines the best of passion for esports, tech and iGaming and we are happy that our product can be used to enhance their offering,” he added.
Askott’s chief product officer and chief commercial officer, Ben Bradtke explained that having Pinnacle as its partner would “guarantee a level of operational excellence that is needed in this young market to create commercial value for our clients.”
Meanwhile, Askott’s chief executive, Scott Burton, commented, “We believe the only way to innovate in this sector is to have control over the value chain and the vertically integrated.”
He added, “It is our goal to become an integrated one-stop shop for people who want to launch brands targeting the audience of tomorrow.”
