The PGA Tour revealed that it will be integrating live betting odds from BetMGM into a television broadcast of one of its events for the first time.
The PGA Tour, known for organizing North America’s leading men’s golf tournaments, will feature the odds during all four rounds of the CJ Cup at Shadow Creek in Las Vegas, Nevada, on October 15 to 18 on the Golf Channel.
BetMGM is the joint venture between GVC Holdings and MGM Resorts. It will have its odds shown twice ever hour throughout the broadcast, showing leaderboards with integrated ‘open’ and ‘current’ odds to win.
Betting odds for head-to-head matchups, winning margin, wire-to-wire winner top finishes, hole-in-ones, cut specials and playoffs will also be featured.
This announcement follows after BetMGM and the PGA Tour signed a wide-ranging partnership last month. Under the deal, BetMGM will serve as the organization’s official betting partner.
