B2B sports betting provider Kambi Group has just agreed to extend its technology partnership with LeoVegas. This deal will cover all of the online gambling operator’s sportsbooks.
Under the deal, Kambi will now power LeoVegas’ range of sports betting brands, including 21.co.uk and BetUK.
BetUK’s sportsbook was previously powered by SBTech, thanks in part to a deal signed in July 2018 with Rocket X, the parent company of several brands LeoVegas acquired in January 2018.
“We are pleased to continue our sports betting journey with Kambi, a partnership which has brought about real success as we continue to deliver on our sports betting ambitions and becoming the King of Casino,” Mattias Wedar, LeoVegas’ chief product and technology officer, said.
Kambi helped LeoVegas with the launch of its online sportsbook back in 2016 and has powered the offering for its core brand since then. Currently, the operator takes bets in several markets including Spain, Denmark, Sweden, and Great Britain.
“We are proud to have agreed this partnership extension with LeoVegas, and that Kambi will now provide its sports betting services to the other popular brands in the LeoVegas group,” Kristian Nylén, Kambi chief executive, said.
“Kambi is the partner operators can trust to provide the powerful sportsbook core and flexible technology they need to unlock their sports betting potential, and it is fantastic to have this recognized by an operator as highly regarded as LeoVegas,” she added.
