Multinational gambling company International Game Technology (IGT) has just signed a contract to extend its instant ticket games contract by another two years with the Minnesota Lottery in the US.
The deal, which will go run until the end of June 2022, states that IGT will continue to provide Minnesota Lottery with several ticket services.
This includes research and analytics, graphics support, as well as the production and printing of instant tickets.
IGT has worked together with the Minnesota Lottery on its instant games offering since 2010. The operator has also served as its technology and draw-based lottery systems provider from 2002.
“Every time someone plays a Minnesota Lottery game, it generates funding to support Minnesota’s environment and state services so it is imperative that we deliver the fun games and play styles that our players are looking for,” Wes Harms, Minnesota Lottery director of operations, said.
