Mexican gambling operator Grupo Caliente has just extended its partnership with Genius Sports. Under the expanded agreement, Caliente will include Genius Sports’ entire portfolio of official live data and streaming content for its sports betting customers.
Betgenius, Genius Sports’ subsidiary, will be supplying the Caliente.mx brand with its LiveTrading, LiveData and Streaming services, dominating official sports data and video feeds form over 400 competitions.
The deal will see Caliente’s live betting product powered by Genius’ real-time data and pricing for more than 170,000 fixtures every year, complemented by more than 20,000 live games and live stream matches.
The data features some of the most popular betting leagues in Mexico and Latin America, such as the English Premier League, Mexico’s LigaMX, and Italy’s Serie A, as well as the Mexican Baseball League and the Argentine football.
“As the market leader in Mexico, we are always focused on providing our customers with the best possible product. We are excited to keep growing our content offering and to extend our long-term partnership with Genius Sports, as we continue to expand into other markets,” Emilio Hank, Caliente’s Interactive chief executive, said.
Genius Sports’ head of commercial for Latin America, Fernando Martinez also commented saying:
