Online gamling company Betway has recently signed to extend its partnership with Cricket West Indies (CWI).
The three-year deal will run through until 2022, with Betway retaining its role as CWI’s official betting partner.
The deal will have Betway benefit from a pitch and broadcast presence at all of CWI’s men’s and women’s International Home Series matches. The operator, on the other hand, will also become the official betting partner of the Super50 Cup 50-over tournament.
Furthermore, Betway will continue to support the CWI’s Integrity and player education programmes.
“CWI is delighted to extend our relationship with Betway as one of our major partners whose support makes a real difference for the development of international and regional cricket in West indies,” Dominic Warne, CWI commercial director, said.
Anthony Werkman, Betway chief executive, also commented, saying: “We are extremely happy to be extending this deal which will bring us to many more fans throughout the world in conjunction with one of the most prestigious international teams.”
